Whether you’re slim or curvy, cellulite is the bane of 80% of women’s lives. Once body fat has been reduced, you can move on to strength training exercises that create lean and toned muscles. Leg and core training exercises that focus on your glutes, hamstrings and abs will make your skin in these areas look smother.
Whilst exercising, it’s imperative to eat right to ensure all of your hard work isn’t in vain. Remember cellulite is a type of fat, so the less fat you have on your body, the less your cellulite will be visible. Make vegetables, fruit, lean proteins and health fats your bestos!
Hydration is Key
The easiest way to reduce the bumpy appearance of your skin is to drink water! Water flushes toxins out of the body and reduces excess fluid it may be holding on to.
Getting at least 7-8 hours sleep a night is good for your heart, prevents sickness, lowers high blood pressure and helps with weight loss. Even better, it helps reduces the appearance of celluite, bonus all round!
